What are Ecosystems of Learning? Ecosystems of learning are dynamic and developing entities comprising operators and tools that promote the development of students’ learning and working life practices. The eAMK project builds new types of learning paths and environments in cooperation between working life and education. Ecosystems of learning are based on the opportunities offered by working life oriented pedagogy and digital learning as well as the application and development of guidance. Research into Working Life Cooperation and Ecosystems of Learning Research into what working life oriented ecosystems of learning could be, what characteristics are identified in them and how they work. Future Competence Needs This website compiles helpful materials and links for anticipating and identifying future competence needs at the level of higher education institutions. You can use these tools and sources of information in the preparation of curricula and strategies and the planning of education. Evolving digital mentoring Digitalisation challenges us to develop new types of mentoring methods. The eAMK project maps, refines and disseminates research-based digital mentoring models that are suitable for the interfaces between higher education and working life. Crowdsourcing in online teaching Crowdsourcing means open interaction and problem-solving focused on a limited task. Crowdsourcing can be used to produce content for a shared digital platform, evaluate ideas, classify materials or vote among different options, for example. Digitalisation as an aid for studification In studification, studying and learning take place at workplaces. In studification, the targeted competence is acquired in a systematic way by working.
